Dsalita Erika Cruz is set to defend her WBA super bantamweight title against Nazarena Romero in Aguascalientes, Mexico this Saturday. The reigning champion will be fighting in front of her home crowd for the first time since winning the title last November by defeating Mayerlin Rivas in Los Angeles.
Having previously held the WBA featherweight title, Cruz dropped down a division and reclaimed championship glory at 122 pounds.
